Harvest Ridge Winery will be hosting our Annual Food Truck Competition, benefitting Disabled American Veterans (Dover Chapter) & Hero Hunts, on April 3rd & 4th, 2020. Since our first competition 6 years ago, Harvest Ridge Winery has donated close to $76000 to local veteran organizations. We had over 3500 attendees in 2019, and this event continues to grow every year, and 2020 is no exception.This year we will have 35 Food Trucks competing for the crown help raise money for the Hero Hunts Foundation and the local chapter of the Disabled American Veterans(Dover). With a range of food truck options – pizza, tacos, cupcakes, comfort food, ice cream – there is surely something for everyone. Attendees will be able to vote for their favorite fare in the Sweet and Savory categories.
That’s not all, between bites of food, attendees can enjoy glasses of Harvest Ridge Wine, Rebel Seed Cider, lawn games, and live entertainment provided by Mike Hines & the Look . The event is family friendly with a kid zone featuring a bounce houses and activities for kids (kids under 18 are free and do not need an event ticket).
The event is rain or shine, at our Vineyard at 447 Westville Road in Marydel, Delaware on April 3th from 4-9PM and on April 4th from 12-6PM. This is a great way to kick off the 2020 food truck season for a great cause. Parking is free for the event and ticket prices are General Admission $15.00/Day, Two Day Passes are $20.00 VIP Tickets(Only 250 Available) $40 per Person. 1 Free Drink Ticket and a souvenir glass included with the price of admission.
