Dan Watras
Dan graduated from Williamson Trade School in Pennsylvania in 2004 with a degree in Horticulture. He has always had a passion for the cultivation of plant life. He joined the Harvest Ridge family in 2017 and quickly developed a fascination with viticulture and immediately felt at home among the vines.
For Fun: In addition to spending time with his wife and two daughters, Dan enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, raising chickens, and camping. He has been playing soccer since he was four years old, so that (and other sports) are a huge part of his life.
Wine: Though Dan’s palate is constantly changing and developing, his current favorites are Harvest Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
